Return Policy

If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned within 28 days of the order’s delivery date.

The return shipment is at the customer's expense.

Please note, we don’t exchange size/color.


Return Instructions

  • Sign in to your account or enter your email and order number.
  • Select the order and items to return.

Once completed, Cavalleria Toscana will send a confirmation email, with the Return Authorization Number (RMA), instructions on how to prepare your package and the Return ID label that must be applied to the package.

Returns must be shipped within 28 days of the order’s delivery date.


Return Terms & Conditions

- Returns must be shipped within 28 days of the order’s delivery date. A refund requested after these terms will be refunded at our sole discretion.

- The return shipment is at the customer's expense.

- The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.

- Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories received with the order.

- Returns must be packaged in the original box or another type of suitable packaging, which must be securely sealed with adhesive tape.

- The Return ID label must be attached to the outside of the package. The label will be provided to the Customer during the return request. Cavalleria Toscana will not accept returns that do not comply with this policy.

- Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to monitor delivery status and ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.

Accepted returns:

  • Defective merchandise: Cavalleria Toscana reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or merchandise before authorizing a return.
  • Wrong size
  • Received incorrect product
  • Don’t like the product

Please note that we do not accept parcels sent at the recipient’s expense.

Cavalleria Toscana reserves the right not to accept returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website.In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the client will be contacted by our customer care and will have to send a courier to collect the parcel.

We suggest that you use a traceable shipping service for the return of products, as we will not offer any refund for products not received.

You will receive a notification email once your return has been received and processed.


Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the receipt of the return in our logistics.

For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to Clients in roughly 72 hours and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.

Orders paid by PayPal will be refunded to the original account.

In case of Bank Wire Transfer client must communicate the IBAN code, the BIC code and the name of the account holder.

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
